About Philip Lye - Managing Director

Philip started his career in banking and finance for a major bank. He moved through various industry sectors and achieved executive management roles in business as Chief Executive Officer.

He has worked in small business, national and global companies and has significant international experience. Previous to founding Biz Momentum, Philip managed two companies out of insolvency while being able to retain and develop the current employees.

Philip is a Certified Professional Human Resources Consultant and Industrial advocate with a Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He is a qualified Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHSO) and has been retained as an expert witness by legal counsel, and also has accounting credentials (not in practice).

Whilst being based in Brisbane, Australia, Philip has clients in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia.

We can come to you anywhere in Australia or offshore when requested

Biz Momentum has the capacity to partner with you in all Australian states and makes regular visits to clients in these areas as well as being available by email, phone and fax.
