Employment Agreements
Biz Momentum has assisted many businesses in the medical and allied industries.
Because of this company’s
particular industry, we ensured that their employment agreements were in line with legislative
guidelines, and coached the mentored management in their implementation after they had been written.
Key clauses were included in the agreements, providing the employer with flexibility and
protection against false claims for additional remuneration.
Job Descriptions & Key Performance Indicators
Biz Momentum and the owners of the business created a Job Description for each employee
that was tailored to their unique role and included measurable key performance indicators.
Key Performance Indicators took into consideration attitudinal and behavioral indicators,
financial indicators, business and operation compliance and customer service indicators.
The human resources manual was designed for dual purposes; the organisation's human resource
manual and
an induction manual for employees.
Induction Process
Biz Momentum designed an Induction Process for new employees, and recommended that existing
employees be re-inducted.
Workplace Health & Safety
Biz Momentum recommended to the client a workplace health and safety audit to identify
risks, exposures and potential hazards in the workplace.
We recommended a course of action for workplace health and safety compliance including forms, manuals,
procedures and accreditation of employees. (Employers who employ 30 or more staff are required by legislation
to have a workplace health and safety officer [WHSO] and a rehabilitation officer employed by them.)
Management Training
Biz Momentum provided training and mentoring to key management
personnel ensuring that
knowledge transfer was achieved and management were empowered to take day to day control of human resource
issues.
